Project Description: This project consists of new ADA Demolition and renovation of the Lobby Restrooms on the northeast corner of Building V. The work includes cutting and patching, selective structure demolition, concrete reinforcing, cast-in-place concrete, masonry mortaring and grouting, CMU masonry, metal fabrications, carpentry, casework, vapor retarders, joint protection, doors, frames, finish hardware, gypsum board assemblies, tiling, suspended gypsum board ceilings, painting, signage, toilet compartments and toilet room accessories. New mechanical, plumbing and electrical work.
