2018 University of Florida, Brammer Bio Project. The project included demolishing 4 water cooled chillers. A 52′ X 52″ concrete chiller pad was built and two air cooled chillers were installed. The building’s electrical service was upgraded and a new Building Automation System was installed. The facility is a biopharmaceutical facility with critical operations.
