- Santa Fe College Continuing Contracts for Construction Management Services: Minor projects include specific projects for planning, renovations, alterations, additions and new construction for which construction costs do not exceed $2,000,000.

- Prairie Commons Industrial Park Pre-Engineered Metal Building, Gainesville, FL: Blakeland is constructing an approx 40K sq ft pre-engineered metal building that will host four tenants with large warehouse. Project includes site work, PEMB, stucco, painting and waterproofing, overhead doors, awnings and canopies, landscaping, mechanical and electrical.
- Gainesville Regional Airport FAA Tower Upgrades, Gainesville, FL: Blakeland performed electrical refurbishment to the airports FAA Tower including replace all existing interior lighting fixtures and controls for modern efficient components. Removal and replacement of existing 2’ X 4’ lay in Type Fluorescent (4) lamp T-12 lighting fixtures throughout the facility. New lighting fixture type will be 2’X4’ (3) lamp T-8 w/ prismatic lens. Removal and replacement of existing 26W CFL lighting fixtures in the stairwells. Existing fixtures were replaced with LED 12W Wall Packs. Replacement of existing wall mounted switches and replacement with line voltage occupancy sensors. Removal of existing recessed incandescent lighting fixtures in the control room and replace with LED type recessed down lights. Down lights provide aiming adjustment for uniform illumination of the control tower console. This work occurred in an occupied active facility without disruption of services.
